Terms & Conditions for Fresko Westfield Launch Competition

§  Anyone can participate in the competition by simply visiting Fresko Yogurt Bar at Westfield London (1 Ariel Way, W12 7GF, White City), located on the 1st floor, and receiving a raffle ticket from a member of the Fresko team.

§ Participations will be accepted at Fresko kiosk in Westfield London only from 10am on Saturday April 22nd 2023 until 5pm on Sunday April 23rd 2023.

§ Participants will be asked to share a contact number or an IG account or follow Fresko Yogurt Bar’s IG account so they can be notified for the results.

§ Participants’ data will not be shared and will be kept only for the duration of the competition.

§ Strictly one entry per person.

§ Fresko Yogurt Bar Ltd employees are excluded from entering the competition.

§ The winner will be chosen randomly by lottery of the raffle tickets that will take place on Sunday 5pm and it will be broadcasted live through Fresko Yogurt Bar’s IG account.

§ The prize is a TUI holiday gift card of £800 value that can be redeemed for flights, transfers and accommodation to any destination in Greece within 2023.

§ The winner will be notified via phone or via their IG account and will be required to response within 28 days to claim their prize.

§ Upon receipt of the prize, it is the winner’s responsibility to arrange all elements of the trip.

Fresko is not responsible or liable for any part of the trip including any further costs, expenses, losses or damages that might arise in connection with this competition or from claiming the prize.
